2026 Jaylor 5150 Series Trailer

The 5275 Mini-Mixer has been specifically designed to process bales up to 4’x5' into a uniform TMR that resists sorting. At only 83? tall, even the smallest skid steers won’t have any trouble loading this 300 cubic foot (8.5m3) model and just 45 Horsepower will run it. We’ve used our decades of experience building larger TMR mixers to engineer the same capabilities and durability into this model. The 5275 is equipped with our patented Square-Cut augers which consistently produce a uniform Total Mixed Ration with optimum shaker box results. So why, you might ask? Because Nutrition Matters.

Jaylor Mini TMR Mixers have proven themselves ideal for a wide range of applications, including feeding smaller dairies when starting out, and specialty groups such as weaned calves, dry cows, maternity pens, and fresh cows on larger dairy farms. Our Mini TMR mixers are great for supplemental feeding of beef cows during calving.

The Jaylor 5150 Stationary Mini TMR Mixer is ideal for both new builds and retrofitting into legacy feed rooms, delivering efficient, precision TMR mixing. Designed to feed up to 30 dairy cattle, 38 beef cows, or 150 adult sheep/goats per load per day, depending on ration composition, the 5150 Stationary Mixer ensures consistent, high-quality feed processing in a compact, durable design. Upgrade with a scale system and access a full range of feed management tools, including custom recipes, remote control operation, and automatic data uploads over Cellular Data.
